Kimyasal tehditlere ek olarak, safs\u0131zl\u0131klar, ara \u00fcr\u00fcnler, nihai \u00fcr\u00fcnler ve reaksiyon yan \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin de \u00fcretim i\u015flemlerinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 unutulmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Tehlikeli \u00f6zellikler, s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rma ve etiketlemeye g\u00f6re yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Tan\u0131mlanan her kimyasal tehdit i\u00e7in uygun mesleki maruziyet s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011ferleri tan\u0131mlanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Olas\u0131 maruz kalma riskler de\u011ferlendirilmelidir.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Tan\u0131mlanan tehditler listelendikten sonra, kullan\u0131lan miktar, kullan\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 ortamdaki bas\u0131n\u00e7, s\u0131cakl\u0131k, nem, hava ak\u0131m h\u0131z\u0131 gibi ek bilgilerinde yer almas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">\u0130\u015f Yerinde Maruz Kalma Fakt\u00f6rleri<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ayr\u0131ca, i\u015f organizasyonu, g\u00f6rev da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131, kirletici kaynaklar\u0131, havaland\u0131rma sistemleri, i\u015f\u00e7ilerin davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131, g\u00fcvenlik prosed\u00fcrleri maruz kalma profilini etkilemektedir.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">TS-EN 689 Standard\u0131nda Maruz Kalma Tahmini<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00d6nceki \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 ve de\u011ferlendiricinin tecr\u00fcbesiyle(\u0130\u015f yeri hekimi, i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi uzman\u0131 ya da \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirecek olan yetkili laboratuvar) maruz kalma tahmini yap\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">TS-EN 689 Standard\u0131nda \u00d6rnekleme Stratejisi<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00d6zellikle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n fazla oldu\u011fu i\u015fyerlerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n her birini tek tek de\u011ferlendirmek bazen m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmamaktad\u0131r. Bu gibi durumlarda yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken ilk ad\u0131m benzer maruz kalma gruplar\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturmakt\u0131r. Benzer maruziyet gruplar\u0131 olu\u015fturulurken de\u011ferlendirici g\u00f6revlerin t\u00fcr, her bir g\u00f6revin maruz kalma profili, maruz kalma s\u00fcresi, s\u0131cakl\u0131k gibi etmenleri g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ki\u015fisel maruziyet \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerinde TS EN 482 referans standartlar\u0131n\u0131n h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine uyulmal\u0131 ve ayn\u0131 zamanda kirletici toplama medyalar\u0131n\u0131n(filtre, sorbent t\u00fcp gibi) \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirecek olan ki\u015finin solunum b\u00f6lgesine yak\u0131n\u0131nda konumland\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131 ve kalibre edilmi\u015f uygun bir \u00f6rnekleme pompas\u0131yla \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmler ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmelidir.&nbsp; \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fcmler esnas\u0131nda \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm yap\u0131lacak ki\u015fiye \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm ile bilgiler ve \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmler esnas\u0131nda nas\u0131l davranmas\u0131 ile ilgili bilgiler verilmelidir.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">TS-EN 689 Standard\u0131nda \u00d6rnekleme S\u00fcresi<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00d6rnekleme maruz kalma s\u00fcresini kapsayacak \u015fekilde belirlenmelidir. Minimum \u00f6rnekleme s\u00fcresi 2 saat s\u00fcrmelidir. Maruz kalma s\u00fcresi bu s\u00fcreden az ise, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm t\u00fcm periyodu kapsayacak \u015fekilde se\u00e7ilmelidir. K\u0131sa vadeli maruz kalma \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmleri i\u00e7in minimum s\u00fcre 15 dakikad\u0131r. Bu s\u00fcreden az olan \u00f6rneklemelerin TS EN 689 standard\u0131nca&nbsp; de\u011ferlendirilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fcm Say\u0131s\u0131<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>\u00d6n Test:<\/strong> \u00d6n test i\u00e7in minimum 3 tane \u00f6rnekleme yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. \u00d6n testte a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki a\u00e7\u0131klanan durumlar s\u00f6z konusu ise sonu\u00e7lar <strong>UYGUN <\/strong>olarak de\u011ferlendirilir.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>3 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fcn sonucu maruziyet s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011ferinin %10\u2019dan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckse<\/li>\n<li>4 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fcn sonucu maruziyet s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011ferinin %15\u2019 den d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckse<\/li>\n<li>5 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fcn sonucu maruziyet s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011ferinin %20\u2019 den d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00d6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerin bir tanesi bile mesleki maruziyet s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011ferinin \u00fcst\u00fcndeyse sonu\u00e7lar <strong>UYGUN&nbsp; DE\u011e\u0130L <\/strong>dir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Bu \u00f6n test de\u011ferlendirmesi k\u0131sa vadeli maruziyet de\u011ferlendirmeleri i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>\u0130statistiksel Testler: <\/strong>E\u011fer \u00f6n testteki \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerde baz\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmler s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011ferin \u00fcst\u00fcnde \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131ysa istatistiksel testler yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130statistiksel test i\u00e7in minimum 6 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin 3 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm yap\u0131larak yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir \u00f6n testte sonu\u00e7lardan biri s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011ferin \u00fcst\u00fcnde \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131ysa 6 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcme ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in 3 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm daha ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi gerekmektedir.&nbsp; Bu 6 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fcn sonucunda sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n log-normal e\u011fri olarak m\u0131 yoksa normal e\u011fri olarak m\u0131 da\u011f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 do\u011frulamak i\u00e7in istatistiksel bir test yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.
